Welcome to the Limitless Library Lounge where I interview fellow authors from Limitless Publishing. Today, I am chatting with Lilly James from
Victoria, Australia near Ballarat.

Thanks for joining me, Lilly. Please have a seat and make yourself comfortable.
How long have you been publishing with Limitless? What titles have you published with them? Have you self-published any titles or published with another publisher? Please give details.

I have been publishing with Limitless just over a year. I have published Denying Mr. Parks, Addicted to Mr. Parks, and today, Lost in Mr. Parks.
How exciting. Can you tell us a little bit about your books — what genre you write, if you write a series, any upcoming releases or your current work-in-progress.

The genre for my recent series is erotica. The third and final installment of that series is Lost in Mr. Parks, and it is available today, March 1, 2016. I am also working on a couple of standalones, but they will be N/A. I am extremely excited about my upcoming projects!
Congratulations! Would you describe your goals as a writer to us. What do you hope to achieve in the next few years? What are you planning to do to reach these goals?
My goal is to connect with readers. I want readers to be able to sit back and enjoy my books, connect and relate to my characters. Laugh and cry along with them. There is nothing more enjoyable than a great book. Well, there is, but that’s a whole different subject!
I am planning on writing more stories that reader’s fall in love with.
Lol. Got ya. What type of reader are you hoping to attract? Who do you believe would be most interested in reading your books?
I want to attract a mix of readers. Of course my books are full of romance, with a splash of sexiness–ok, a LOT of sexiness–and are typically aimed at romance readers, and erotica comes with an age warning, but in the future, I’d love to cater for all readers.
Erotica is a popular genre today, so I’m sure you will attract a lot of readers. It’s good to expand your reach but equally important to write what you enjoy.
What advice would you give other authors or those still trying to get published?
Just write your heart out. I know it’s hard if you ever get that dreaded rejection letter from an agent or publisher, but don’t let it get you down. Chances are, you were the 100th person that week they turned down. You are not alone. Don’t ever give up.
Absolutely true. I hear that all the time from authors, and I believe it myself. You have to be stubborn. The squeaky wheel gets the grease and all.
What hobbies and interests do you have besides writing?
I am going to sound really boring, because I don’t really have a hobby. I read, is that a hobby?
Absolutely. It’s one of my few hobbies, as well. I also enjoy walking and spending time with my cats. I guess those aren’t the most exciting hobbies either, but I enjoy them.
What do you like most and least about being an author? What is your toughest challenge?
Having a mix of characters in my head on a daily basis is something I love! Getting to know readers, and receiving amazing messages from them is beyond words. Also getting to know other authors who can share tips, and advice. They understand that having ten characters talking to you in your head is NOT crazy, and I love that. Ha. My toughest challenge is trying to stay off Facebook when I have chapters to finish!
Staying away from Social Media is difficult for an author. It can be time consuming, but it’s also a great way to market a book.
Talking about social media, can you please list your social media links, website, blog, etc. so readers can connect with you.
