Keeping in Touch with Readers Through Author Appearances

debbienewpicThe best part of being an author is meeting fans, signing books, and getting to know readers as well as fellow authors. I’ve enjoyed meeting many of you and hope to meet many more in the future. Below are a few photos from my author appearances at The Hicksville Library, Barnes and Noble in Carle PlaceMystic Author Signing Event at Foxwoods Casino, and Levittown Memorial Park (Levittown Library’s Summer Reading Kick-off Festival).

A lucky winner at my Hicksville Library author talk won a copy of my book, A Stone’s Throw, in the raffle.
I appeared at Barnes and Noble in April where I read excerpts from “A Stone’s Throw” and autographed copies.
In early June I visited the Foxwood Casino to sign books with fellow authors at the Mystic Author Signing Event

I was pleasantly surprised by a college friend who showed up at the Levittown Library’s reading festival where I was signing books. We used to be editors on the C.W. Post Pioneer student newspaper together.
