Can you ask in your interviews, some of the struggles they went through as beginners. If they had to deal with rejection slips, and any advice they would give to new very new writers

Thanks for the suggestion, Cindy. I already ask for advice for new writers. I can ask them to describe some of the struggles they went through before they became published. I can add that to the interview questions.
